Clean Sweep

Ta-da!  Probably the most exciting picture I’ve posted to date, right?

I really took Labor Day off to congratulate myself for laboring so hard over the weekend with Orientation so did a whole lot of nothing all day (and savored every second).  I did, however, clean the bedroom.  I wish I had taken a before, because there were dirty and clean clothes on every empty surface in the room.  I had torn through my closet looking for something that would fit and, as I got more frustrated, the clothes piled up. 

Finally, I drove my sad self to Tar-get and bought two giant storage tubs.  I came home and pulled out anything I either wasn’t wearing or that didn’t fit and threw it in the tubs to be put away until some to-be-determined time when I have the wherewithal to go through them again.  Then, I hung everything else back up, organized our socks (oh yes), changed the sheets, and dusted and cleaned the floors of this baby.   Impressed, yet?

I slept like a baby that night, too.
