Windmills

I drove to Middletown today, which is on the same island as Newport, to meet with another woman in my Kappa Alumnae Association and work on our newsletter.  It's so, so pretty down there and on my way back I snapped this picture of one of the windmills.  You see them all over Rhode Island now, notably here (in Portsmouth) and off I-95 on the way to the airport.  RI is notably windy since it's nearly cleaved in two by the ocean, and so it's exciting to see that wind energy being put to good use and generating clean electricity.
